Aunt Bee's bamboo oven rack tool is useful for pulling hot bakeware closer and oven racks out of the oven to protect against dangerous burns when reaching into a hot oven.
The side notch is used to pull out a hot oven rack and hook bakeware to pull it closer to the front of the oven. The top notch is use to push the oven rack back into place.
This is a great tool when you're cooking apple pie or trying out Mrs. Foster's Chicken Ala King recipe...."Well, don't eat it if you don't like it."
