The classic hickory smoked country bacon is dry-cured meaning no water is added and it has been made the same way for the last 100 years.  More importantly, this means your bacon will shrink very little during cooking. 

Each slab is hand rubbed, aged and slow smoked for an unforgettable flavor that has been loved for generations.

These 14-ounce packages of bacon are shelf stable allowing them to be shipped with no refrigeration.  This gourmet bacon has been integral to menu items at Aunt Bee's table for years.

Mayberry's Finest Country Bacon is dry cured  (that's why does not require refrigeration) and has a shelf life of three months. Refrigerating or freezing upon receipt will extend quality and life of the product.

Remember our country bacon is salt cured and will be salty in nature.
