From 1982 to 2001, TAGSRWC fired 53 issues of The Bullet,
predecessor to our follow-up newsletters The Pocket, which was
still on paper, and The
eBullet, which is now our online newsletter. There were 51 scheduled issues
and two special editions of The Bullet.
At least 30 of those vintage Bullet shots are still available as
part of a "Set" of back issues for only $30 (plus shipping) or for $2 per issue
(including shipping) for any quantity less than the multi-issue Set. (If
individual issues are all that you're ordering during a particular shopping trip
to Weaver's, we'll manually deduct our flat-rate $5 shipping charge, which is
automatically added to every order, before processing your order.)
The price of the Set allows for a few issues to sell out during the next few
months. (You're guaranteed to receive at least 30 back issues of The
Bullet and at least 10 back issues of The Pocket in your Set.)
The back issues of The Bullet are filled with photos, in-depth
profiles and news about many of the show's cast and crew, trivia, puzzles,
"Professor Brower's Class" columns, recipes, cartoons, news from chapters
and detailed reports about various cast reunions and other events.
You can order the whole batch of 30+ issues (with a book-length total of 552
pages of Mayberry reading!) for just $30 (regularly $45) or you can get selected issues for $2
each. Just indicate which particular issue(s) you'd like if you don't get the
whole set.

Weaver's Department Store has a "bricks &
mortar" store to go along with our online store located
in
Mount Airy, N.C. (Andy Griffith's hometown). The store
is a part of the
Main-Oak Emporium at 245 City Hall Street
--- just a whiff and a
whisker off Main Street, near the Old City Jail. When you're in Mount
Airy, we invite you to drop by and browse at Weaver's in Space #304 on
the third floor of the Emporium (with an entrance on Main Street at our
floor). Most of the items that we sell online are
available at the Mount Airy store. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.,
Monday-Thursday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday & Saturday; and 1
p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
As with our sales Weaver's online, proceeds from
our Mount Airy store support all TAGSRWC activities and also
go toward our helping out with a wide variety of Mayberry events and
